Granite Falls is Redlands New Exclusive Luxury Homes Subdivision
Known for spectacular landscapes and world-class outdoor recreation, the Redlands seems to attract more visitors from all over the world each year. And with Grand Junction's growing offering of cultural attractions, year-round festivals and an impressive restaurant scene, it's no surprise that more and more people are searching for luxury homes for sale in the Redlands.
Granite Falls is a 104 lot subdivision in the Redlands off South Camp Road and is the most active new home project in Grand Junction. Nestled right next to the Colorado National Monument on level flat ground with spectacular views from every angle. At the present time there are over 7 builders offering homes with generous lot sizes around 12,000 square feet. There were 31 lots in filing one and are priced between $121,900 and $125,000. Of the 31, lots 19 homes are out of the ground. Over 15 homes are finished and sold with homeowners living in the subdivision. Filing two is open with 29 more lots, and is almost sold out. Most of the builders are choosing to build homes that have at least 2,200 square feet, and some are building homes with more than 3,000 square feet. Prices vary, but start in the mid $900,000 to over a million more for larger homes. Homes are all custom built and truly spectacular. Of course future filings will see price increases as the subdivision is built-out.
