Grand Junction homebuyer’s have made an impact on home sales by purchasing new construction homes. August recorded 30 sales beating July with 26 sales and June with 27 sales. April 2015 had 31 sales and May was the strongest with 40 sales. The end of summer new homes sales finishes BIG!
