Grand Junction homes has had a strong spring and summer for 2015. Gross volume sales are at 84.6 million year to date. Compared to August 2014, gross volume is up 4.6% and YTD gross volume us up 25.67%. Mesa County sales include Palisade, Fruita and the rural areas such as Loma, Mack and Whitewater. We generally refer to the area sales as Grand Junction since people identify with the town.
