Looking at the numbers for February 2015, one might think that Mack homes are on the decline in value. Mack is a very rural area, next to Loma and about 12 miles to Fruita. Sales are slower in Mack, so for the month of February it looks like home values nose-dived.
Average and median sales price is calculated on the total listings, so in February there was only one Mack home sold. Therefore the average price is only $38,800. There were 3 new listings in February and the month supply of supply of Mack homes is 8.2 months.
