Grand Junction New Home Sales January 2016
Closings of Grand Junction new homes was slow through the winter as expected. It is much harder for the contractors to complete and work in the elements of cold and snow. There were 11 Grand Junction new homes that closed in January, 2016 and that is not a bad number considering we average 50 in the summer months.
