What is Heitage Heights Neighborhood Like?
Heritage Estates is in the North Grand Junction area., between 24 1/4 Road and 25 Road. The area has the most concentration of retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Mesa Mall is is about two miles away and there you will find Cabela's, Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, and other top brands. Dillard's is building a new department store and it will completed in late 2021. Dick's Sporting Goods and Home Store are also new to the area and opening in 2021.
Heritage Estates offers quick access to Patterson Road, Highway 6 & 50 and Riverside Parkway, all are major routes within Grand Junction. School boundaries are changing in 2021 so be sure to check on that if you have school age children. Grand Junction's largest park, Canyon View Park is about a mile away. You will find, miles of walking trails, tennis courts, basketball, baseball, soccer fields, picnic pavilions and a new state-of-the-art children's playground.
