My Skills & Expertise
I hold many real estate designations, and the most important to you in the purchase of a Grand Junction home are my "Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC). I have completed comprehensive training covering materials, methods, and terminology of residential construction.
When I started my real estate career in Denver, Colorado, I was employed by several top builders selling new residential homes and condominiums.
As a strong negotiator I understand the true value of all aspects of the transaction. Though you may make a verbal agreement with the builder, it really has no validity unless it is in writing. And, more importantly you have no legal recourse of action. This also follows through the construction phase process. If you make a change during the process, make sure to note it on the contract. Adding your initials makes it official. and holds both parties accountable.
