New Home Sales for October were 43 Homes
Builder’s are reporting strong sales for Grand Junction homes. A continuing shortage of resale homes has boosted builder’s home sales all year. October’s most active subdivisions were Heritage Heights with 7 sales, Copper Creek North 4 sales, Monarch with 3, and Ridgewood Heights with 2.
