September ended with 30 total sales for the month of September 2016. Heritage Heights in North Grand Junction and Brandon Estates in Fruita had the most sales. Available inventory of new homes is still tight as are inventory of resale homes. Grand Junction Builders are staying very busy and several more subdivisions are coming into the market.
