The breakdown is: 3 office; 3 warehouse; 3 retail; 4 apartment buildings; 6 development properties; 3 vacant land parcels; 1 restaurant; 1 mobile home park; and 1 gas/convenience store. The biggest sale on record was the Picture Ranch Mobile Home Park in Clifton, which is an age-restricted over 55 adult park for 114 units on rented land. The sales price was $3,745,000.
Commercial real estate April 2018 is following the trend of a very active market. Tax incentives put in place through Mesa County and the State of Colorado are having a positive impact on businesses relocating to the Grand Valley.
