Grand Junction New Home Sales April 2017
April 2017 Grand Junction New Home Sales recorded 38 sales. Low inventory of resale homes has builders scrambling to keep up with the demand. Builders don’t even have any spec homes to sell, they too are under contract. For years new home sales have been flat since the recession and the lack of oil and gas jobs. The jobs are back, the City is diversifying into a recreation destination and businesses are relocating to Grand Junction.
