Grand Junction New Homes Sales Going Strong With 30 Homes Sold in March 2017
The builders can’t build them fast enough and the buyers can’t find a home. All around town there is construction going on of residential and commercial projects. The new home sales in Grand Junction has been relatively flat since the recession and started picking up last spring. Grand Junction new home sales have had one year of strong sales. Wexford and Heritage Heights both had 3 sales in the month of March.
Commercial sector is doing very well with 22 sales in March.
