September 2015 sales are slightly lower than September 2014 but other key metrics reveal a stronger housing market with values increasing and more sales. There were 34 new listings and 23 sold listings in September 2015.

In September 2014, there were 189 homes for sale and 8.1 Months Supply of Inventory (MSI).
September 2015, there were 148 homes for sale which was -21.7% less and Months Supply Inventory was 5.3, – 34.6% less.
The numbers point to an increase in buyers and less homes available for sale. Sellers are receiving are 97.2% of their list price which is a +0.7% over September 2014.
Redlands Homes and Real Estate featured sale for September was Janell Gear’s listing at 595 Creekside Court.
The home was ranch style with a partial, completely finished basement. Main level was 1395 square feet, the lower 905 square feet for a total of 2300 square feet. The home was built in 1980 on .25 of an acre and the taxes are $1054. The home was listed for @269,900 and sold for $266,000 in 57 days.
