Grand Junction Group Connecting the Tech Industry
Co-Founders, Developers, Graphic Designers, Entrepreneurs and Start-Up Minded People are Encouraged to Sign-Up
LaunchWestCO.com technology is connecting Grand Junction and was a way to take inventory and find more entrepreneur, start-up minded people, developers, and graphic designers in Western Colorado. LaunchWestCO was established by founders Josh Hudnall and Brian Watson over a year ago. Since then over 300 people and tech companies have logged onto the network. The network, Watson calls “a digital density, brings the industry together that’s spread over such a wide area”.
So if you’re looking for a co-founder, register for free at LaunchWestCO.com and you can find a developer that can bring your idea into fruition. Or, if you’re a developer and need a business idea you can find that person on the website.
LaunchWestCO is bringing the tech industry together through several events, one of those, the upcoming “Go Code Colorado”. The state of Colorado is putting the event on and teams in Grand Junction create an app and business strategy. The winners move on to the state level, and earn a chance to meet with mentors fom the top companies in the industry.
When the first tournament took place three years ago, the registration numbers were very low, so the state turned to LaunchWestCO to grow the initiative. So far, this year’s registrations exceed the previous and are proving that the tech industry isn’t only on the Front Range.
Technology is connecting Grand Junction, there is a lot more going on than people are aware of!
